If, between January 1, 2018, and April 25, 2018, you were exposed to media coverage, relative to the alleged sexual relationship between Donald J. Trump, and Stephanie Gregory Clifford (alternatively known as Stormy Daniels) (hereinafter referenced as “Ms. Stormy”), and have, as a result, been caused to imagine the naked bodies of, and/or, the act of sexual intercourse between Donald J. Trump and Ms. Stormy, and such ruminations have caused you physical pain, illness, psychological anguish, loss of enjoyment of life, or other tangible injury, you may be a class member entitled to relief.
Therefore, you may be entitled to receive MONEY. To receive any monies in connection with this pending class action litigation, and potential settlement, you must execute, and submit the attached Claim Form.
There is currently pending a class action lawsuit involving the above referenced issues in the United State District Court for the Southern District of New York. The Court has certified the case as a class action, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and a proposed settlement is pending.
